Description:
Deoxynucleotide Solution Mix is an equimolar solution of ultrapure dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP.
Purity of each nucleotide is 99% by HPLC analysis.
Reagents Supplied:
25 mM Deoxynucleotide Solution Mix 2 x 0.8 ml
Example of Use:
Usually mix is diluted to 2 mM before use, for a reaction which calls for 200 µM of each dNTP, add 10 µl of this diluted premixed nucleotide solution per 100 µl reaction.
Diluent Compatibility:
Can be diluted using sterile distilled water, preferably Milli-Q™ water or can be diluted using sterile TE (10 mM Tris-HCl, 10 mM EDTA (pH 7.5).
